MISSION STATEMENT 

Our mission is to use the team sport of Australian Rules Football to provide the community with a place for all local children to develop into the best young people they can be. We seek to achieve this endeavour through practicing our key values of our four pillars of Respect, Inclusiveness, Fairness and Integrity towards all members of the community.

As players, coaches, parents, members and volunteers:

• We RESPECT all members of the Everton Wolves community and those with whom we interact.

• We are an INCLUSIVE club for all children who wish to play regardless of their level of ability, gender and background.

• We encourage FAIRNESS in providing equitable opportunities for all players to grow as footballers, team players and valuable members of the community.

• We operate with INTEGRITY and are open and transparent with decisions made for the operation of the club

The club bases its activities on the following pillars:

1. Fun - We aim to ensure that all players enjoy the playing experience, make lifelong friendships and create positive memories of their time as a Wolf.

2. Development – The leaders of club aim to always accommodate the physical, psychological and emotional needs of our players so as to provide for:

   • Their development as a team player,

   • Their skills and fitness and

   • Their appreciation of Australian Rules Football.

3. Positivity – The leaders of the Everton Wolves JAFL Club aim to ensure that the environment of the club is a positive at all times. Regardless of a match’s outcome, our coaches and officials aim to bring the best out of players by focusing on learning and improving rather than the shortcomings or errors.
